What are you saving them for?
The lipstick, flamingo pink, is true.
That delicate cologne is the perfect shade of you.
The plums, cold and yielding,
Grandma glasses frosted blue,
and your fragile heart-
What good are they if not used,
maybe used up,
at risk of breaking?
